About
I’m Colleen Sharpe, a cultural leader who creates and shares work shaped by discovery and meaning. My practice sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, and public experience, with a focus on making complex material accessible and engaging.
I’ve worked across museums, media, and community contexts, collaborating with diverse teams to bring ideas from concept to delivery. Whether producing broadcast work, developing exhibitions, or leading public-facing initiatives, I’m known for combining creative vision with thoughtful follow-through.
Curiosity is the throughline in my work. It has taken me from interviewing Margaret Atwood for live television to developing a North American–premiere exhibition of pre-Inca gold from Peru, overseeing the construction of a new art gallery, and working in community settings internationally. Across these experiences, my role has been to dig in, synthesize, and share what I find in ways that invite others to look again.
Outside of work, my curiosity draws me to explore, especially outdoors and in interesting urban landscapes.
